Jocelyn Frank is the managing facilitator for the DC Listening Lounge (DCLL), an audio arts collective that meets monthly (since 2003) to listen, facilitate workshops and audio field trips and present Sound Scene- an all-ages interactive audio art installation now in its 11th year. Sound Scene 2016, the first held to be held at the Smithsonian Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, broke attendance records for the museum and has since nearly doubled in size.
